Yes, we work directly with brands and their authorized distributors to ensure that every item sold on our platform is 100% authentic designer merchandise.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Due to the deep discounts offered during our limited-time sample sales, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or store credit for any reason.
How long does shipping typically take?
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary by location but generally arrive within 5-10 business days via standard ground shipping.
What condition are the products in?
While most items are brand new, 'sample sale' items may include production samples, overstock, or items used in showrooms. Any significant flaws will be noted in the product description.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Because our fulfillment process begins immediately to ensure fast delivery, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been confirmed.
Do you ship internationally?
